High Bromine Value In The Pool

Hi all pool addicts :) After filling my pool with fresh water, I am having problems with high Br (bromine) values. The chemicals I use in the pool are:

Flocculation PAC Solution

Sulphuric ACID (H2S04)

Bromine Active agent: BCDMH

As the valve for Bromine dosing tablets is closed, it cant be that the system was overdosed. Can it be due to the water quality? As the water itself seems to be also quite greenish colour :ph34r:

Values in the pool (approx 20 000 litres) are:

Bromine: 4,46ppm

Ph: 6,77

Any suggestions highly appreciated :unsure:
