The Circulation pump had bad bearings and the Starting capactor needed to be replaced. But after that the water flo is now good. Flo switch can be seen closing. Also bridged the contacts at the circuit board to bypass the flo switch but this did not stop the flo error from displaying.

Its a 2005 model with circuit board 6600-072. I am hoping there is someone out there that can help as a new board is hundreds of dollars.

I was thinking that while the circuit motor was just humming before I fixed it it may have drawn to much current and caused a fault in the board ?

Cheers for any ideas.

the board is shot if you have bypassed the flow switch by jumping the contacts and the flow message stays

Yes thanks I thought it would be, I could not find anyone in New Zealand that could repair it. A new board was quoted $1295.00 I can't beleave Sundance can't repair these boards after all we pay enough for the Spas in the first place.

Where is the after sales support we shouldn't life in a throw away world.

Anyway thats enough moaning I have found a place in the USA that repairs boards and it has just arrived there but there are 27 boards before mine and it will take a week to get back but a least I don't have to fork out for a new one as its not even three years old grrrr. Here is their web site if anyone else can't get their slack ass supplier to fix their board.
