PoolTimeLeisure Posted March 18, 2010 Report Posted March 18, 2010 Hopefully I'm allowed to introduce myself and Company...if not please remove. To start out I am Chris Crisenbery, please feel free to google me! you will see that I race a Triumph Spitfire in the SCCA and I am a Professional Engineer of over 20 years. Based on some of the other posts I have read I should also point out that I have never filed for bankruptcy or messed around with goats We are base in Jackson, Michigan and intend to service clients through out central and southern Michigan and North West Ohio.....we will attempt to not step on any other Leisure Pool Dealers toes. Our Company name is "Pool Time Leisure" and we will have our web site up and running in a couple more weeks. We do not have a store front other than my engineering/ architectural office, so pool contact is phone and internet and sales are done only in person. I have two other partners my Architect and a Builder. We are a complete package, we can design it, make it solid, build it and service it after construction is complete. Now a little history. I wanted a pool, I did my research and after carefull consideration of vinyl, gunite and fiberglass, I picked fiberglass, it fit my life style and I was comfortable with it. I then did my due-diligence on whose fiberglass pool I would want. I stopped by a number of different fiberglass pool companies and yes even talked with Bob (very nice guy and knowledgeable) to review the different manufactures that sell in Michigan and selected Leisure Pools, USA as the best product on the market. I realized that southern central Michigan was in a void in terms of fiberglass pool installers....yes they would travel, but from a common sense standpoint it would be good to have someone closer. Also the fiberglass market is really unknown in this part of Michigan and the liner pool companies have had all the fun for to long. So it didn't take to long to see that a very good business opportunity existed and as we already had a commercial building company and knew all the trades from this commercial business and our A/E firm it wasn't a difficult decision to form Pool Time Leisure. I have been to Texas twice now for training in the last 2 years to the Super Plant, have assisted in numerous pool installs with a factory rep and a experienced dealer/ excavator over the last 2 years and we have installed 2 on our own last year. We will use the same dealer/ excavator to install all of our pools, all of the planning, pool equipment and plumbing are done by myself and partners and we have taken the best of our professional knowledge in construction and experienced we have gained through training and our installs and will apply this to all of our pool sales. This is our promise to our clients. We look forward to being part of this very interesting forum! Please feel free to contact me Chris Crisenbery at (517) 206-8622 for all your fiberglass pool needs. PoolTimeLeisure Posted March 19, 2010 Author Report Posted March 19, 2010 Thank-you all. Marcus your the man! I will let you know if I hear of anything Bob, unfortunately central Michigan is a little quiet right now so we are concentrating on getting the virtues of fiberglass pools out to the public. An informed pool buyer is a fiberglass pool buyer! Cheers Chris Pool Time Leisure Quote
