Hi Guys I want to get into the pool renovation biz and I have a possible tiling job. I'm not actually doing the tiling but I have someone who is a tiler and we will work together. I was wondering what % to add to his quote which would be reasonable compensation for me finding the job and coordinating with my tiler..I'll be overseeing the job. I think 25% would be too steep and I don't want to bid too high. would 15% be reasonable? what do you guys think?
