yes, you can easily regel coat it or try and steam clean it, hot water will get almost any stain out!

Try acetone. You can buy it at a hardware store. I would also drain pool water level 3-4 inches. A clean cotton rag should be all you need but don't be too liberal with the acetone while you are doing this & don't smoke!!! Advise on how this works, if it does not I will make another ,stronger recomendation.

Yes Waterworld Will be sending folks to help me and my family out this problem ,It is not their fault
