lucian Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 As I add stabilized chlorine through the year, the CYA levels increase. After about a year, CYA hits about 120 and I drain half the pool water. Could I use the stabilized chlorine to get the CYA levels to about 50 and then start using regular non-stabilized chlorine so the CYA levels don't rise any more? Or will that CYA already in the water not work for unstabilized chlorine? I have a 3000 gallon vinyl Endless Pools exercise pool that's covered tightly except for 45 minutes a day when its used. Thanks! Quote
