natbaer Posted May 4, 2009 Report Posted May 4, 2009 Hi there, We recently bought a home with an above ground pool and a lot of accessories. We have an aqua critter, but I have no idea how to use it. I put it in the pool and the suction is working, the legs on that thing are moving, but it does not move around the pool at all. It also seems to float up a little bit every now and then. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Quote
txpoolguy Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 You can download an owner's manual at www.haywardnet.com. AquaCritter aka AquaBug. You may have some air trapped in the shell, which will cause it to float, and it's also likely that while you do have suction, it's not enough for the critter to work properly. Also, check the throat on the underside of the critter to make sure there's no debris blocking it. Quote
