beltboy1 Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 We are looking to put in a 32x16 free form, precast coping, sun deck, basic spa, with a 450 sq ft cool decking. Pulliam is quoting $44K, and we have had Hobert pools come out but have not gotten a quote or plan yet. Does anyone have a thought on the price above, or if Pulliam is normally right at avg/higher/lower than other builders. We won't even consider Blue Haven or Anthony Sylvan! Anyway, I haven't seen any formums discussing pricing for 2008, so information would be nice. Thanks all. Quote

Great references, longer warranties and more pool for the money! we are getting almost 75 more square footage in the pool, and more decking for about the same price as Pulliam. In addition they have a 35 day completion guarantee (whether and inspection permitting). They pay $75 a day for every day late. Quote
