dbranscome Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Universal Rock Pools & Spas built our pool 2 years ago. It is currently empty, waiting repair of faulty patches over recurring rust spots in the plaster. Their customer service is extremely poor (Lack of communication, missed appointments, unreturned phone calls). Problems encountered include; Waterfall built without initial consultation, requiring 2 major corrections. Decking poored by their preferred vendor was faulty, requiring demolition and replacement. Recurring rust stains in plaster (3 unsatisfactory attempts to repair so far) Illegal alien workers who don't speak English. As of this posting, my last request for them to provide proposed corrections and schedule for same has gone unreturned for 2 weeks Quote

If you have a lien release from the plaster company you might try calling them directly to resolve the problem. Quote
