Hi folks, Glad to have joined what seems like a very active and informed community and hope you're having a fantastic summer. I just wanted to extend a quick invitation to Florida based pool owners participate in a usability test surrounding the development of an application to assist pool owners in diagnosing issues with their pool, as well as performing water testing. This seemed like a perfect community to reach out to. I'm a user experience researcher with a software development company called Macadamian (www.macadamian.com) and we are working in partnership with a leading pool chemical company in the development of a tablet and kiosk based application for a leading retailer that also stocks pool chemicals. Each session consists of reviewing a set of interface concepts and providing feedback on the usability of the product. The session lasts for an hour, and compensation is $75.
