Hi all... We have a dynasty renaissance spa with two pumps pump 1 is a 56 frame 7 Hp 2 speed pump came home one day tub was off breaker was tripped. Flipped breaker pump runs and pushes water for about 30 seconds then trips we have unplugged the pump and it will run disconnected heater element and it still trips when plugged in. Just dawned on me we have not cleaned the filters in a while going to try that. But any other suggestions appreciated if this doesn't work we are taking pump to the shop

Did you disconnect the heater element COMPLETELY (ALL wires going to it)?

HIGHLY unlikely the problem is the pump. In fact, of all the things it could be, the pump would be last on the list.

In order of commonality;

Bad heater

Bad ozonator

Bad blower

Bad GFCI

And no, a dirty filter would not cause a GFCI to trip.

(I may have misunderstood some of what you tried to say due to gramatical errors. Periods, commas and sometimes capitol letters make a difference in written communication.)
