I started using cleanwater blue in my spa a couple of months ago. At startup, the copper test pad tested completely white, not pink or gray like on the test strip container. I have continued to add cleanwater blue but the test pad is always white. The alkilinity and ph test ok. Am I the only one with this problem? Spa Depot has been no help.
