  1. I too am having problems with this company.  First the pump stopped working and one of the jets was loose in its hole (broken plastic) all within the guarantee, and it was apparently my fault as I hadn't paid them for a yearly service. They also said my chemicals in the tub weren't correct.  I tested it in front of them with my strips, two different ones from different companies and proved they were. They fitted a new pump, as a good will gesture provided we paid for the service and new jet.  They left without installing all the bolts and screws so we had to call them back.  Now my Air source heat pump has packed up and they've quoted £350-£1850 to fix it!  We've called out a heat pump specialist who've told us it's been set incorrectly all this time.  We had queeried that it wasn't coming on much. Our engineers phoned up this company, but they have refused to speak to them or supply them with any parts!  Tomorrow hopefully we'll find out what wrong with it.  Awful company and service and we may have lost £1,500 plus the extra we've been paying for electricity.

Did you have any luck with yours?

  2. Does anyone own a Shoreline Spa? I am trying to find a contact address for this company but cant find one anywhere. My dealer came out to fix an E6 error while we were at work. They blamed the problem on closed jets and said this is why the pump failed, therefore invalidating the warranty. The first issue is that the jets were not closed prior to their visit (why would we close them??!). The second issue is, even if the were closed (which they were not) surely this would not cause the pump to fail as the jets that dont close should ensure the pump is never overloaded. Any advice would be appreciated. I am hoping the manufacturer will help as it is their warranty and not the dealers.
