I agree with Pool Clown, tell them you had a better offer you are considering. Don't tell them how much less it was but that you are still weighing things and getting more bids. They will probably come down alot, but just make sure everything they tell you is itemized in the bid and that everything you talked about is on there and nothing has been omitted. That way they can't come back later with the extra thousands you mentioned.

I strongly suggest filling it in also. You can't be sure of how well it will hold up if you dont and you definetly don't want to double spend later to fix it.

While the return policy is in question, I don't think that returning something after 8 years and expecting a refund is the answer. You probably should have went three years ago when you said it stopped working right anyway. Instead of a refund see if they will "maintanence" it and fix the problem.

i think its a great product. You can really sell the "green" aspect of it by showing how it reduces the amount of bromine you have to use. Saves money Less chemicals

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what a fair price on a weekly pool maintenance service would be for a pool approx 20' x 15'. I live in Central Fl. (i'm not looking for bids here. i just would like to know what a fair price would be)
