Mark95 Posted December 21, 2015 Report Share Posted December 21, 2015 Does anyone own a Shoreline Spa? I am trying to find a contact address for this company but cant find one anywhere. My dealer came out to fix an E6 error while we were at work. They blamed the problem on closed jets and said this is why the pump failed, therefore invalidating the warranty. The first issue is that the jets were not closed prior to their visit (why would we close them??!). The second issue is, even if the were closed (which they were not) surely this would not cause the pump to fail as the jets that dont close should ensure the pump is never overloaded. Any advice would be appreciated. I am hoping the manufacturer will help as it is their warranty and not the dealers. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
