have not heard of this brand but whatever you do donot buy the gulf coast spa that has been running on infomercials nothing but problems.

I have had yet another problem with my gulf coast spa this time it is with the valet cover that came with unit i have a bad bracket and piston and i am told to contact california spa as they have a 1 year warranty and of course they are not covering parts. i have had nothing but problems with my gulf coast spa i regret not paying more and going to local dealer.

both myself and a buddy of mine purchased gulf coast spa best unit(joke) both of us have had nothing but problems with them .there warranty is a joke . i kick myself in the butt for not going to a local dealer . cheap is expensive. i am posting this to prevent others from making the same mistake i did. if anyone thinks i am doing this for any other reason go right ahead and buy there spa as the saying goes misery loves company.

i have had my spa for three months and for 1 of those months it has been down due to bad parts i have had the blower pump 1 and the power pack needing to be replaced . if this is not enough for you my buddy purchased the same spa at the same date his spa has had 2 parts needing replacement if this is not enough for you buy the spa as the old saying goes misery loves company
