  1. Thanks for the help. It ended up being the pressure regulator from the propane tank. All fixed!!!
  2. Hi everyone!! I am new here and thought I would see if someone can help me with my problem. I have a Sta-Rite SR400LP heater that wont fire. The blower starts up, runs, I hear the gas valve click and smell gas but no fire. No codes just service light comes on after three tries and the ignition board flashes lock out. I checked the igniter and it works (pulled out and watched it glow). I also had spare parts so I tried the following: gas valve - no luck ignition control - no luck Stacked flue switch - no luck It had a problem prior that it would cycle the heat and I replaced the thermostat/spring assembly. It has a new thermister from last year. I checked the wiring and it looked good - none chewed up. I checked the air tubes and blew threw them to make sure no debris. The air flow switch does close the contacts when I put a meter on it. Could it be the control board under the membrane? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  3. Thanks but the pool water is 72 degrees. I used a manual thermometer. The pool is located in Southwest Florida.
  4. I recently have discovered a problem with my Aquapure system 700. The outside display show 0% and flashes "Lo". The flow light comes on and off. The cell reversing light is on. I cleaned the cell with Muriatic Acid and water but no change. The salt level is 3100 ppm. Also when I turn on my PDA it doesn’t show the water temp or salinity anymore. Is it the water flow sensor? I removed it and cleaned it like the book says. Anyway to test it with a OHM meter or voltage meter? I am not getting any service codes except for the "Lo". I called Jandy and they said it could be the board also. The unit is 2-years old and out of warranty. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John
