  1. There is no comparison. Hot Spring is the best/
  2. If you have a Dimension One just use a teaspoon once a week. Chlorine is burned off fast due to the heat. I you have a Vision N2, you'll be in shape. If you're using the N2 stick, it doesn't do much anyway.
  3. Hot Spring is the best quality. Sundance is #2, Jacuzzi and Arctic about the same.
  4. We have sold above ground pools since 1973. The "insulation" really doesn't do anything. Stay away from aluminum. It corrodes. Go with a steel pool, which is stronger. Doughboy is one that has several layers of zinc, etc to prevent rust and will have a lifetime warranty. Radiant my be overpriced.
  5. DoughBoy is your best shot. Look on the internet or find a dealer if you can within 100 miles and just go get it.
  6. Foam is a sign that foreign matter like body oils, deoderant, etc have entered the water. Also, if someone has worn something that has been in a clothes washer with soap. Wash out the filters and just drain and refill the spa. Be sure to put in spa metal gone and keep the vision cartridge out 48 hours after you put in the metal gone.
  7. Go ahead and get new filters. Take out the 3" tablet. He was a dumbass to put it in there. You don't want to put tablets in a filter basket, especially a D1, because it filters so fast, and, the chlorine is heading right down through the heater and it will corrode anything in its path. Only use powder chlorine, tablespoon a week, if the spa is set up with an ozonator. Refill the spa, put in some spa metal gone and new filters and go ahead and turn it on. It is probably ok.
  8. Drain and refill. Use chlorine weekly. The Sundance ozone isn't what it is cracked up to be.
  9. CALL BRAD REAGAN 512 479 7777. HE IS BOARD CERTIFIED IN DECPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES AND IS THE GUY.
  10. Don't go there. Check out Dimension One, Hot Spring, Sundance.
  11. You've only just begun. Get back to me in a year! Should've gotten someone else, you'll see.
  12. Check to see if you have a Dimension One or Hot Spring dealer close to you before you buy. If you do, look at them first. If not, Artic will do. Also, the other two are fully foamed so the weight is evenly distributed so a regular deck should do fine.
  13. You've got to be kidding me. Hot Spring is HUGE. Its been around for years. www.hotspring.com
