I have the emerald by artesian for the last 2 years. It is a 'larger' hot tub (sleeps 8!) Therefore at 500 gallons - make sure you 'need and use' one this large. I wanted a smaller one, but my family convinced to buy the larger. Now 2/3 yrs into the seasons, I am the only user - other than parties (I have 2 teenage daughters). Other than a 'top of the line' product...all has been working well. Consider the sundance and hotsprings as well. I wish there were more jet on the legs on the emerald....there is one chair (with the waterfall) that hits the back on my legs, the others are more on your back...plenty for the back, but not 'enough' on the legs...
