Calk In The Conduit For My Light?

Canar

Recommended Posts

Changing my light has become a nightmare project. I expected to just pull the power cable through the conduit and pull a new one in. Turns out my pool guy added calk into the conduit from the light side. When I called him he said it was to keep the conduit from expanding in the winter and breaking or leaking. He also said there should only be about 4 inches of calk in there. We dug out at least 6 inches of calk and I still cant get the cable to budge. Any ideas on how to get this cable and conduit out?
