  1. HI Everyone and thanks in advance--About 12 hours ago we notice that the water had gotten a little green (we hadn't used the tub for 2 days and hadn't added chemicals). We added the chemicals and ran the tub for about 45 minutes with no problems. This morning I went to clean the filters and did so. After replacing them, the unit will now not turn on. There is power to the unit and we have reset the breakers a couple times (waiting about an hour before turning them back on). Also did the trick of turning the power back on without the filters in place (but caps on) to no avail. When the unit first powers back on, the display shows 104 degrees (prior to this we had it set at well below 90 degrees). The displays shows 104 degrees for about a minute, then the display goes black. The jets will not turn on, the clean button will not work, the light buttons do not get a response and the temperature buttons do not get a response. When any button is pushed, the display remains black. Any ideas??
  2. Did you put the filters back in or leave them out? If you just hosed the filters out and put them back in then it could still be that the pores of the filter are clogged. I would take them right out (put the caps back on the filter stems) and reset the breakers again. If the lights don't come back on then you need to chemically soak the filters in a cleaner or get new ones. If both lights still come back on then it is most likely the pressure switch (which is built into the heater). Could also be a clogged or bad circulation pump. Should be under warranty. OK, thanks, I did that about 5 hours ago and it looks like all is well. However, I haven't put my filters back in or run the jets. I'm assuming its safe to put them back in and return to normal use? Also, our filters are about a year old. We're thinking its time for them to be replaced. Anyone have a good recommendation on where to buy them from? Thanks!!
  3. HI all and thanks in advance. A couple of days ago we noticed that the "ready" and "power" lights were blinking. Getting out my trusty owner's manual, it says that if the "ready" light is blinking, "a blinking READY indicator light indicates that a problem exists with the temperature sensor". Also, it says that, "if the POWER light is blinking, it means that the heater high limit has tripped, meaning that either the spa water is above its acceptable temperature range, or a malfunction has occurred within the spa (such as low circulation due to clogged filters). OH-and the water was not hot when I investigated (we hadn't been in the tub for a few days and I had the cover locked on). I turned the power off to the spa last night and pulled out the filters this afternoon and hosed them out. I powered it back up and after a couple of minutes the blinking lights both came back on. The jets seem to work fine. Any advice??? Thanks!!!!
