  1. I have a 2011 Tropic Seas Luau 826L. Last week I was fiddling with the temp settings and inadvertently changed it from ECN to SLP. This of course put the spa to sleep and turned the heater off. A few days later, I went to check the water and found that it was at 50 deg's. I reset the hot tub to STD and temp at 104. The next day, the water temp hadn't budged. I've completely powered down the hot tub and let it set for an hour or so, and still, the heater will not come on. The heater light comes on, but the heater itself doesn't. I tested with my multimeter and have +/- 240V at the heater power connectors. I spoke with the dealer we purchased the tub from and the service guy told me it was going to be both the heater and the circuit board. When I asked him why the circuit board, his response was "because I've worked on them before and it's always both the heater and the circuit board." Right, so I'm looking at 175 for the heater and 450 for the circuit board. Does anyone here have any knowledge that might help me out? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
