aegean hot tub balboa 2005m7 board hi everyone, i turned my hot tub on last night for the first time in 9 months after a very cold snap (uk). everything turns on ok but the water is not heating up past 21c, the heater ligh flickers and then turns solid (i can hear a click from a relay when this happens) but does not heat up, i have put a multimeter across the heater terminals but it is reading 0 volts. i have also tested the resistance across the terminals and this reads 25.7ohms (3.5kw element). the voltage does flicker for half a second when the heater light goes from flickering to solid but returns to 0. like i said i can hear a relay clicking but dont know which one it is. could this be a bad board/relay or a heater element problem hope you can help because i need to warm up with this crap weather we are having here
