  1. I had another thought. It has a battery backup. Doesn't look like you can get at the battery without unsoldering it. How long do you think the power needs to be off before the battery dies and resets everything ... That would surely be an easy way to see if the topside is bad without spending a lot of money as a test. Thoughts?
  2. Just looked under the covers for additional info ... I own a 2000 Coleman Horizon 400 (Caribbean) Hot Tub. I accidently locked the keypad and I can not unlock it using the given procedure (Program, Mode, Set Down) Tried 20 times within the 3 seconds allotted. The Program Key is supposed to be functional when locked. And when I press is the display should say "LOC". But it does not. This tells me the Program Key is not working. Tried powering the unit off for hours, several times. All I get is the Temp and the Lock Symbol. Is there some other method of unlocking the keypad. Maybe jumpers on the control board or a hard wire reset of some sort on the control board? I can't believe that the keypad went bad simply by accidentally locking it! Thanks .... Rod
  3. The program key doesn't do anything. The whole keypad seems locked. I'm supposed to see a change in the display when I press Program, but nothing happens. Is there a hardware reset somewhere?
  4. I own a 1990's Coleman Horizon 400. I accidently locked the control panel and can not unlock it using the Program, Mode and set down keys. No keys work. The tub is not functional other than auto mode. Is there a Hardware Reset somewhere on the control panel? Powering it off for 4 hrs does nothing. The temp and Lock Lites are on and no functional buttons. The Program button is supposed to work! HELP! Zorro
