] APSP was NSPI before the law suit the lawyer lost. all anyone has to do is send them money and one can join....They may not have insurance or workes comp..

We have seen pools bult by Wave Tec in the Houston area that are out of level, have the bottm broken up, leaks, floating liners etc. And Wave Tec well not help.. Ken

Check with Sea Horse Pools and Spas, they are in that area and have been around for a while,,
