  1. Hi, thanks for your reply. I am not sure of the size of the heater, when the lid is closed the tub seems to heat up extremely quickly, from cold it takes about 7 hours to heat 1550 litres to 38Deg C, it just seems to lose heat fairly quickly when the lid is open, and we are in it. It's summer here at the moment so its not exactly cold outside. The heater seems to come on intermitently when the jets are running. Something I also noticed is when the tub is I think going through the filter process, pump 1 comes on, but only slowly as it should do, water doesn't seem to be being sucked through the filters. Unlike for example when I turn pump 1 or pump 2 or both on to activate the jets, water then seems to get sucked through the filters. Everything might be fine, but being new to hot tubs, I am a bit lost!
  2. Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. We purchased a Master Spa's Twilight Eclipse about 3 months ago here in the UK, since then we have had problems with the LED lights. To start with, We started noticing a couple of the LED lights not functioning correctly, (i.e. on the colour change phase, would not come on some colours like blue, green, stayed on red or went out completely) we called the supplier and eventually he came out and changed the loom. A week later this happened again, this time with about 6 or 7 of the lights. He came out again and changed the relevant looms. He mentioned that this was a common problem, due to the factories tools and employee's tightening the LED's too much. I asked why then doesn't he change all the lights? He said that I won't get the problem again. Yeah right! I thought. Just as I predicted, this weekend another light has gone out! The supplier is coming out again this week to fix the problem yet again. I am really not happy. The other issue I have is that when he fixes the loom, he pulls out a fair amount of the insulating foam, and then just packs it back in. Is this right? Shouldn't he put new foam back in? I notice now that when we get in the spa, at a temperature of 38 C it drops to about 36 c in about an hour, is this normal? I also noticed that when I sat in it with no pumps on, except the usual filter cycle, pump 2 sometimes comes on all by its self??? is this normal?? I have read a few damning reports on Master spas, unfortunately after I had made my purchase, but is there anything else I should watch out for? I want to get everything sorted before my warranty expires. Thanks in advance for any help Peter
