dw76
Hi all, Happy Summer! I have a Sta-Rite SR200NA heater. Worked fine until last week. The control board hasn't worked for a long time so we just replaced that in order to see what is happening. Now when we turn the power on (heater is hard wired), the LED flashes "r13" and then stops at "E06" along with the "Service heater" light staying on. Pushing the OFF button does nothing so the "E06" stays on whenever the pump timer switches the power on. Cannot find this error in the manual. I did find something online stating to Change Low Level Board Programming to "SF1" (See Page 4-11 in S5066, "Sta-Rite Pool/Spa Heater Training and Service Manual. Of course, I do not have access to this manual. Can anyone help? Thank you!
Pool Clown
EO6 can be one or more of the following: Shorted stack flue sensor. Stack flue sensor wires shorted. Faulty control board. Control board not properly programmed. If the board you bought was brand new, it is pre programmed to accept a stack flue SENSOR. If your heater is older, it may have a stack flue SWITCH, and this is causing the fault. To check board programming, press and hold the "off" button for about 10 seconds. The display will change to Ad0 and begin to flash. Take your finger off the "off" button. Press the "off" button again and SF1 will appear. This is the setting for a stack flue sensor. Press the temp down button one time and the display should change to SF0. Push the "off" button and now your board is programmed for a stack flue switch.
