I have a 2003 call spa with balboa 1500- 1 controls. It has not had water in it for 2 or 3 yrs. When I turned it on the control display has 2 or 3 rows of dashes that are three high. The water heats to the default temperature, I can turn the pump on and to high also. The light works fine the problem is that I cannot turn the heat on or tell the temperature of the water. Thanks for any ideas. RB
