Older Artesian Island Spa Issues

New to the forum so I apologize in advance if I'm breaking any rules. I have a 2003 Artesian Island spa that fried a relay on the Gecko board awhile back, this specific board is not replaceable so I had it rebuilt, it came back and I put it in. I was initially having issues with the temp not shutting off on the heater, I had a new heater so I replaced the heater. After replacing the heater the top control panel seems to not want to work correctly, I've confirmed jumper settings on the board match the schematic but still having issues. I can not control the temp and it seems to just continue to rise. At this point I'm shutting off the power every evening to keep the temp from rising to over 120F.

My thoughts below:

1) Could the top panel control now be shot and need to be replaced? I was able to get it to work fine after the initial replacement of the heater but after the temp rose to 122F I cut power and now when turning it back on the buttons are not working.

2) Is there still something wrong with the board? I'm assuming the memory chip for the tub is on the board and perhaps the fire fried that or severely damaged it to the point that it is now not working.

3) Would a faulty top panel lead to issues of the thermostat not kicking in? I did just firmly secure the temp probe to the heater on Friday to try and solve this probably as it was pulling away from the heater which I believe was the initial issue.

Can anyone help here?

Thanks
