  3. This sounds like a circulation issue. Make sure the circulation pump is running. Try removing the filters and reset breaker. Check out our troubleshooting guides here: http://bullfrogspapartscharlottesville.com/troubleshooting-guide-for-bullfrog-spas/
  4. If you have the model year about right, what you have is a Bullfrog Spa Model 562. You can confirm on the manufacturer's plate inside the equipment compartment. Based on your description, what is most likely causing the pump 1 not to come back on for a while is the internal thermal overload in the pump motor. It activates when the pump motor overheats and automatically resets when it cools down. With you occasionally getting a DRY or DR error when you are in the spa and the problem you describe, it could be a couple of things. It could be a filter issue in that if the filters are not clear, the flow is reduced, the control senses this and turns off the heater, but it will also cause the pump to overheat because the water cools it. It could be a pump issue. It may be time to think about replacement. It could be a control issue. When you try to turn on the pump, does it show on the indictor that it is running or not. If not, then it may be a control issue. It could be an issue with auxiliary pump controls. If your spa has these (small pump buttons on the sides) then see if they will turn on the pump. This is a good start for troubleshooting. Check us out for any additional help. You can also see your owners manual there. www.BullfrogSpaPartsCharlottesville.com
  5. What may be the problem is a bad o-ring in one of the jetpak connections or a broken jetpak air line connection
  6. Sounds like your topside control is the most likely problem. Turn your breaker off and try unplugging / cleaning the connections and replugging the topside into the board. Let us know if you need more help. You can also check out our troubleshooting guide here: http://bullfrogspaparts.com/troubleshooting-guide-for-bullfrog-spas/ The Spa Master www.BullfrogSpaParts.com

  8. Bob, Here is a link to the owner's manual for your spa: http://bullfrogspapa...rs-manual-2003/ Here is a link to our toubleshooting guide: http://bullfrogspapa...-bullfrog-spas/ Basically, you can unhook the control pad (and auxillary pump contols if equipped) and the spa should startup and run all by itself. If it does not, then you probably have a board issue. Here is the replacement BULF70 board: http://bullfrogspapa...product=7655714 Hope this helps. The Spa Master
