Need Advice On Cover Lifter For New Spa

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have acquired my first Hot Tub / Spa, it is a SouthSeas Spa brand (Marquis is the parent company), and the size is 7x7 feet.

Anyway, the cover is awesome and heavy duty, but the supplied lifter has not yet been put on... the reason is, it will sit quite high once folded open. I do not like that look at all, and was wondering what advice people had for cover lifters that would sit lower (almost to the ground) on the side of the spa. I've looked and have found only a couple of options that appear to meet this requirement, but some customer pictures show it sitting high ANYWAY.

Any advice is appreciated!

I looked but could not find one either. I like having the extra privacy on that side of my spa. Maybe you should just pull it off and not use a lifter at all? Fold it over and then walk behind it and pull it down.

South seas spas' parent company is Artesian Spas in case you need to service/parts and are looking for the correct dealer.
