gnolivos Posted May 26, 2016 Report Share Posted May 26, 2016 Hello, I have acquired my first Hot Tub / Spa, it is a SouthSeas Spa brand (Marquis is the parent company), and the size is 7x7 feet. Anyway, the cover is awesome and heavy duty, but the supplied lifter has not yet been put on... the reason is, it will sit quite high once folded open. I do not like that look at all, and was wondering what advice people had for cover lifters that would sit lower (almost to the ground) on the side of the spa. I've looked and have found only a couple of options that appear to meet this requirement, but some customer pictures show it sitting high ANYWAY. Any advice is appreciated! Maybe you should just pull it off and not use a lifter at all? Fold it over and then walk behind it and pull it down.
