Hi, I am new to this forum and have couple of questions. We recently bought a Nautilus (2007 model according to the dealer) in England. We are very pleased with it as it is a nice piece of equipment but we are struggling with water maintenace somewhat. Water is clear etc but the dip test results never seem to fall within recommended limits and adding suggested chemicals shows no great improvement. Also, the jets are coming on by themselves with the message "spa filtration" on the control panel. This is something we did not notice before but now its quite regular, the jets came on twice within 12 hour period yesterday. Talking to the dealer has been a waste of time as he seems clueless. Any comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks. M.Zia
