joe1 Posted August 24, 2014 Report Share Posted August 24, 2014 I have a 1995 Sundance Maxxus everything works except when i push the jets button for Pump 1. All i hear is a clicking sound coming from the box with the board in it. I figured the pump motor was bad so i changed the pump motor i hooked everything back up and still the same clicking sound. Spa_Guru Posted August 25, 2014 Report Share Posted August 25, 2014 You didn't mention any voltage checks, I will assume from what you say the board is likely not getting voltage to the pump -- check fuses first, the clicking means the topside works, if the fuses are good, odds are the high speed relay is toast on the board, contact Spokane Spas (google it) for repairs. By the way, the value of your spa ( in working order ) on the used market is $3-4K. A service tech will probably replace the board ($800+) Spokane Spas does in-shop repair of boards.
