Hi, Generally it is fine. In our 300 model there is one sorta bench raised seat and that has three jets behind it. The floor is soft and not hard on you botto. However there is no back support, but the jets work well. I placed the tub on my brick patio and that works fine. I believe Softub has a under mat for un prepared area. Ensure that the place where your going to place it that there are no objects poking up to go into the liner. Zuggy

Hi, I just got my Softub last week and have used it for three or four nights. For me it was the choice. My wife has RA and the larger hard tubs were a safety concern. I like it allot, and I would suggest buy the large 300 model and get the extra two jets and the ozenator (SP) Zuggy

Hi, Well I took the plunge (sorry). I bought a 6 person Softub, mostly due to my wife having RA and the falling risk was the least amount. We used it all weekend and loved it. Now just to figure out how the chemical work in balance. Zuggy

Hi, As this is my first post in this forum, I would first like to say Hi to everyone, and from what I see here that there are some great people here with good advice. As I put in my header I am looking at a Artic Spa CUB Signature (2year old). I am new to the hot tub world and I was wondering some advice. Here are some of the specs from the dealer Two years old ( I saw the original invoice) July 06 The dealer will honor two years of the warranty. About 50% of the original cost. Comes with Ozone and some lights. My wife and myself have been looking for the past two week at allot of different makers from D1 to Costco brands. Allot of argument is on the insulation, full foam or lined. I live in western Canada and some cold wind can and will be an issue. And yes because this is our first tub price is a factor. Thank you!
