That is a pretty good price. Espically since it includes a pool table. I'm an Arctic Dealer and have been for 8 years. If you have any questions Tom or I (along with others) can answer any questoins you might have.

Please ask me any questions about the Arctic Spa. I have been selling Arctic’s for over 8 years now. They are a great spa. Each of the 61 Arctic Jets will spin giving you a very therapeutic feeling over jets that just shoot straight out. My opinion is wet test! Michael Breckenridge, CO

Artic Spas, Are They Good Spas?
Hot Tub Guru replied to mike.jill's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
As an Arctic Dealer for 8 years I believe the product is top of the line. They are very energy efficient, can be upgraded, last in the Colorado Rocky climate (Breckenridge and Vail, CO). Let me know if you have any questions regarding Arctic Spas. -
The Spa Specialist's "research"
Hot Tub Guru replied to D.P. Roberts's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
Emeral Spas make both a thermopane and full foam spa. At least they did in the past. I'm not sure if they still make both. -
Welcome to the Arctic Spa family! If you have any questions reguarding your Arctic Spa please ask!!! Enjoy!!!

Anyone Own An Arctic Tundra?
Hot Tub Guru replied to PeopleEater's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
If you have any questions on the Arctic Spas, I've been a dealer for 8 years here in Breckenridge, CO. All three are good brands. What makes sence to you? Pick a dealer that your comfortable with. -
Not all covers are created equal. Arctic Spas makes there own cover. Arctic does all of the warranty in house. Arctic uses 3lb density foam. Arctic uses an insulated baffle down the entire center of the cover. Arctic covers are stronger. 14 people can stand on the cover. This equates to snow load. Michael

Here are some e-mails from my customers reguarding there Arctic Spa. I have a faxed copy of an energy bill, it states 25.5 KW used in December of 2004 vs. 25.3 KW used in December 2005. He has an Arctic Fox 257 gallon tub. Actual names have been removed. First letter: Avalanche 490 Gallon tub After one year with our Arctic Spa. We have found that the cost of keeping our spa running year round is around $15.00 per month. We keep the water at 102 during the winter and 95 during the summer. This cost includes electric, water, and chemicals. Keeping the spa water in balance has been very easy. We check the balance twice a week. It has taken very little in the way of chemicals to maintain good balance. We have purchased all of our chemicals from you. We have been very happy with the Arctic Pure line to keep our water balanced and trouble free. As for our experience with the Arctic Spa, we would recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a spa. Regards And another e-mail: Frontier 400 Gallon I am writing to let you know just how much we have and are enjoying our Arctic Spa, and how great the staff at the Novi store has been to work with. We use our spa at least 3 times a week, and have friends and family that come to visit us just so they can use the spa. There's nothing like climbing into the spa after a long day, and we have found you'll never have a better nights sleep then after taking a late night trip to a spa. We were a little concerned about how much it would cost us to operate a spa, but when we purchased our Arctic Spa we were told it would be $10 to $15 a month. Now that we have about a year of ownership under our belts, I can say that it has been approximately $10 a month to operate the spa. I would also like to tell you how wonderful the staff at the Novi store has been to work with. We had a problem with the heater the day the spa was delivered, and it was replaced within hours. We just recently had a problem with one of the jets in our spa, I took it in and was given a new one without any problem or hassle. Getting our chemical supplies has been extremely easy as well. All I have to do is pick up the phone, tell you what I need, and it is shipped out and delivered right to my door. We have recommended Arctic Spa to a number of our friends and family, and will continue to spread the word about how great owning an Arctic Spa has been. Sincerely, Hope that helps. Sundance Banned @ Pool&spa Show
Hot Tub Guru replied to JOKERSOAKER's topic in Portable Hot Tubs & Spas
This is completly true! There were two other spas that got soaped. An employee of Inside Out was the one caught on tape, he left the bath room with a hand full of soap. He was fired, but I bet he will show up back in Inside Out's store. However I don't think InsideOut was banned from the show. This type of tactics is shamful! Michael -
Arctic’s warranty starts day of delivery. It covers jets, pillows, fuses, shaft seals, and more. You can see Arctic’s warranty at www.ArcticSpas.com Michael
