  1. Got good free advice from Coleman Spas, I just misunderstood (didn't write it down).. He said it was probably the 20 amp fuse in the upper right hand corner. I was too focused on the 2 30 amp fuses in the upper left hand corner. Oh well, went to Platt's per recommendation and they tested it for me and said it was blown, so I feel better knowing where to start. Hope its nothing more than a blown fuse and doesn't happen again.
  2. I called Clearwater Spas on Saturday (closed) but left a message and they called right back on Monday. I told him about Jets 1 & 2 working but Jets 3 and circ pump not working and he thought it might be one of the 30 amp fuses. Tore into tonight and it seems that power is flowing everywhere (didn't apply a voltmeter, just a power tester) - through the fuses and beyond. I had my wife flip the breaker while I watched the LED readout and it came back with 100 - 114 - 29 -240, then "Pr". Dead silence while all this is going on. Then about 5 more minutes of dead silence, then for a minute or so it went to double dashes ( - - ) and finally ended up on "Dr" at which point I cut it off. Seems like it needs a Dr. alright! I am going to relay this to the repair shop tomorrow, hopefully they can help. Just thought I would post in case anybody here is a Clearwater Spa guru?
  3. I just put some Cabot Australian Timber Oil - Jarrah Brown on my cedar deck. It's a fairly dark color though, so that might not be to you liking. They quit carrying it at Lowe's so I had to buy it online at $60 a gallon, but I like it a lot. Covers up all my boo-boos. I've used other Cabot stains and had good luck with them. Before that I used a lot of Sikkens.
  4. Thanks for your reply. The filters were dirty, so right away I took them out and replaced them. The water level is fine. it is in fact the small Laing pump (I replaced it myself) made in Hungary or some similar place. I strongly suspect that's it. When you go into priming mode, shouldn't that pump kick in?
  5. My Clearwater Spa, Beachcraft series started throwing this error the other day. The error indicates that there's not enough water going through the heater. About a month ago I had to replace the circulation pump because it was tripping the breaker. I saw that the heater was all rusted out, so I replaced that too. What oh what could it be now? I shut the spa down overnight then turned it back on. It says it's in priming mode 'pr', but there's nothing coming out of the bubbly thing that I am guessing is hooked to the circulation pump. It's quiet as a mouse. I then tried turning on all the jets, but only jets 1 & 2 are working. I tried calling Clearwater yesterday, but they're closed on weekends. Anybody want to speculate what I might be up against here? Hope it's not the controller board!!! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
