My heater is not working on my hot tub. All else is working. When I turn it on, the high limit relay is energized (Not sure if its supposed to be) There is 240 Volts at the Tub. There is 125V on the heater. I removed the heater line and it measures 15ohms across so I assume its good. The small read light does not light on the panel which indicates the heater is on. Had a problem awhile ago with FLO on display--adjusted the pressure switch and it has been fine. Any idea what can cause No heat? with no indication on the panel? The model is 150 series--very basic. Pump goes high and low speed no problem. Should there be 240V at the heater or 125V? Thanks
