  1. I got the same response and wasn't impressed by the salesperson. (I think he was a saleperson?) Very unprofesional. I'm going to wet test a Caldera Geneva at Morris Sunspace in Seekonk and a Master LS800 at Cut Price in the next couple of weeks. The Caldera for $8200 with light kit(standard w/Geneva), GFCI,delivery, steps, start up chemicals, cover and lifter is the best $ iv'e seen for what looks to be a real quality product. Cut Price quoted me $8800 with everything but light kit(extra $700),start-up kit(extra$99) and no GFCI. I'll make sure I speak to Kristen to see what she can do if the Master wet tests better than the Caldera. If it does't it looks like the Caldera might be sitting in my backyard soon.
  2. Caldera includes A GFCI. What is that worth (without labor of course) ?
  3. Are you dealing with the Sundance & Hotspring places in Cranston and the D1 place in Coventry or Dartmouth? If so have you recieved any prices? I'm interested in a top line 6-7 person tub (not sure about the lounger yet) and being on the East side of the Bay I also want to make sure i'm able to get good service if needed. Also has any one out there had any dealings with the Vita dealer in Portsmouth RI?
  4. I'm in the same area and wasn't very impressed with Cut Price (1.showroom,2.knowledge,3.price,4.Master Tub quality overall.) I also checked out the Bullfrog Dealer about a mile west and felt the same way. There is a Caldera dealer on the same stretch of highway in Seekonk that has a great showroom, very helpful sales staff and a price that I felt was very good(Geneva/Niagra for $8200 including all the basics needed). Granted I'm still shopping and have yet to wet test but thats where I'm leaning towards if all things are equal. Have you or anyone else been there and what type of feedback do you have to offer? Any other dealers in the area I should check out ?
  5. We are looking into our first spa and have a few ?'s. 1)Is it possible to bring the water temperature down to 80 for an extended period of time in the summer without a problem. We would prefer not to get into a swim spa since we are not big swimmers and would like to be able to cool down in the heat. 2)There are 5 dealers in our area we are going to look into. Caldera-Marquis-Hot Spring-D1-Sundance. Any input on which are the better options and why? 3)What would be the average price investment range with all the basics included? 4)What is the average annual cost of upkeep?
