spence67 Posted September 17, 2014 Report Share Posted September 17, 2014 i bought a 2nd hand hydro plunge pool,i was advised by a spa tech to cap of the drain,due to problems with water levels etc,this guy says he worked for the manufacturer of the pool before,i contacted the pool company and they confirmed this,this is a superseded model of pool. I now have reduced suction points on the pool,now only have one skimmer box with 40mm outlet..the pool has 30 double hose jets at one end for full body massage,the water supply to the jet manifold is 2 inch,ihave installed 2 inch pipe back to the pump location,i have connected 2 inch return pipework to the skimmer box 1 1/2 inch connection,i want good pressure at the jets with a 1.5hp pump,how much or at all will the 40mm outlet at the skimmer box effect my flow rate .?
