  1. i've been to my spa dealer (30 minutes away) around 5 times over this issue now. we have well water that has a lot of minerals in it. i brought a sample to the dealer and they tested it and had us refill with fresh water and use 2-3 bottles of white river mineral remover. so we did this and the water is cloudy, kinda looks like lemonade, without pulp, and won't clear. in the past attempt we then put in a test strip and then added chlorine as needed. strip read great, then water turned rusty. so this time we waited to add the chlorine and instead went to the dealer, they said it read great, even a mineral test said great. so we should add chlorine and it would take care of the cloudyness. so we've added chlorine and waited. test strip reads great but water hasn't changed! we've put in brite water and it has done nothing. any ideas? when the jets don't run for a while, the cloudyness settles down as a white powder, of course once the jets go on it's back to cloudy. tub is about 2 1/2 years old.
