Need Help! Pool Heater Location (Crawl Space Vent)

I want to relocate the pool heater to my side yard, I can make sure the exhaust is 4 feet vertical/horizontal away from the window. But I have a crawl space vent nearby (1 feet away). Is that okay? The crawl space vent is not for furnace air intake. I have a external combo air-con/heater sitting far away from the pool heater.
