  1. I am the one who started this topic. After much research and reading on the forum we bought a Marquis. We had to pay more but I feel the extra was well worth it. We have a great dealer and a great tub. I 'am sorry to hear about your tub. If you got it from Costco you can return it and start over with a better quality tub. Good luck!!
  2. I live in Arlington, TX and we just went through all of the looking and priceing. We looked at Bullfrog in Arlington. Also, the Hot Springs in Fort Worth. We ended up with a Marquis tub from Aquaworld Spas. 5460 E. Loop 820 S. Fort Worth. We wet tested and the salesman was very nice. The owner came out and showed us how to operate and set-up. It turns out we had a friend who had purchased one from them about 5 years ago. He's had no problems. Aqua world did come down off the orginal price and added lift cover and 6 months of chemicals at no charge and delivery is free. The Hot Springs dealer was set on the price. Except they had a store front at the Parks Mall in Arlington just for the Christmas holidays and were going to come off the price a little on certain models. We just liked the Marquis tub better and felt we got what we wanted in our budget. If you end up buying one from Marquis let me know because they give free chemical for referrals. Thanks and good luck. We love ours!!!
  3. We had our tub installed on Friday! Have been in it almost everyday. I was wondering what some of you do for warmth on your patio's. I have seen some post about heaters but I was wondering about fire pits or chimneys? Any ideas? Thanks.
  4. Just got our tub installed on Friday. Enjoying it almost every night. Does any one have any recommendations for staying warm on the patio. I have seen some post about heaters. I was wondering about fire pits or chimney's. Any ideas?
  5. We finally bought our spa! After months of shopping. It is a Marquis 744e. Thanks to all on the fourm for your thoughts on all the spas. The forum really helped us to figure out what we wanted and could afford in a spa. Having the pad poured today!
  6. We ended up buying the Marquis 744E. He came down to $6150.00 and added the cover lift. We liked this tub the best because of the room in the tub. Wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the info and thoughts on all the tubs. We have been looking for awhile and I was really confused at first but the info and personal thoughts really helped. We are getting the pad Sat., and hopefully the tub next week. I can't wait for our first soak!!
  7. Went to the Marquis dealer today and wet tested. He offered $6394.00 out the door for this model. Includes cover, delivery, ozone, 6-month supply of chemicals. Is this a good price for the 744E Limited Series. He said he would offer this to price match a Tiger River Bengal that we were quoted the same price for. Any comments on these two tubs and prices? Thanks.
  8. We are also in the looking and comparing stage. My husband who is a engineer really likes the Bullfrog line. We are still shopping and taking notes. I have learned a lot from this site. Good luck in the hunt!
  9. Looks great! I am jealous, we are still looking and trying to decide. Happy soaking!!
  10. Sorry, I am new and trying to figure out how to post. Thats great you picked out a tub. I am jealous. We are still looking. Post pictures!
  11. Thanks! Any info helps me decide which tub to buy. Hope you continue to enjoy your tub.
  12. I would like to hear from people who have the Costco Infinity Sun Peak. How is it doing? How is your electric bill? Any concerns? I know one owner posted that her electric bill was sky-high since she hooked it up. Please respond so I can get some first hand reviews. Thank you!!
