The Novi Michigan show that you are talking about was true. As a MS dealer if you noticed there was a Master dealer at that show. One dealer did those misleading ads. Not all Master dealers operate this way as we are all independent of each other.

Paul, Spa Crest should be less in price than Hot Springs. Dollar for dollar I would get a Spa Crest. Keep in mind Spa Crest has two lines, Vision(premium) and Spa Crest(standard) much like Hot Springs(premium) and Tiger River(standard). The Vison Line of Spa Crest has more options and a better warranty. Good Luck

Paul, Spa Crest is a great product. We started carrying Spa Crest tubs in Feb 05 and as a service tech, I have'nt had 1 service call yet. They are a smaller company but which helps them with quality. Spa Crest does'nt mass produce like larger companys.
