Thanks Pool Clown but I forgot to mention that I checked all three fuses on the board and they are good - - the filter I use is a "PSD-125 universal"

I have a 2001 Sundance Altamar spa - it has the 850 panel - there is 240 volts at the terminal block but the led control panel is blank - nothing functions - no sounds in the 850 box - would any of the sensors cause this situation and if so what checks could I make. Can anybody help?
