Barry J Posted July 27, 2015 Report Share Posted July 27, 2015 I have an above ground pool and the skimmer door keeps getting stuck closed and then limits water into the skimmer, cause air intake. Is there a reason why that door getting stuck closed???? The water level is a little lower than normal could that be the reason, or something else??? monalisa188 Posted June 1, 2016 Report Share Posted June 1, 2016 Do you often take out the skimmer for check or maintenance? Inside it there is a paper filter, right? Take it out and replace a new one. Rotate your skimmer.
