As a Beachcomber Dealer in the US I am appalled by this posting and am offended by the reply I just got from email2r2 to a private offer to help. He refused to give me a Serial # on the tub so that I could help negotiate a better outcome for him. His experience is certainly not a typical example of the way a Beachcomber purchase goes we manufacture a high quality product with great customer support. The lack of willingness to share a serial number casts doubt on the veracity of this post. I don't know what the rules are. This post smacks of product bashing from a competitor. Rabbit

Mice love hot tubs because the are warm and safe place to hide. you want to make sure your tub is secure. Mice can get thru small spaces in the cabinet or under the tub. You just need to check often. There is a great herbal product called mouse way that really keeps them gone. Good luck.

Do you really want a presurized filter? Have you actually tested the seats? They are among the most uncomfortable in the industry. Go to Pool and Spa.com and check them out. A cheap tub at a premium price.

We have a Beachcomber and we love it! The Marquis was too crowded and not deep enough for us. The customer service has been outstanding withgreat water care advice. We haven't needed any service in the three years we've had the tub
