Hello everyone from Upstate NY. Yes cold here but we have a few warm months where we can use a pool..lol. I am going with a steel pool w/liner and have a price for a 16x32 rectangle with 4ft of concrete deck around all sides plus 12ft. non-stamped concrete, propane heater, one LED light, fiberglass stairs for $23,395.00 with stamped concrete would be $26,695.00. I have to provide gas line to pool for heater, water and electric also. For a 18x36 stamped concrete 28,388.00 and non-stamped 25,000. now for 16x32 lagoon 2 LED lights and a couple of arc waterfalls that go along side of pool, non-stamp would be $28,666 and stamped $31,965.00 Do these seem like fair prices? This also includes(standard) alarm and safety cover. Thanks, Jenn
