I have a 1993 sundance rio sentry 400 series runs on 220volts. It has a new motor and pump, filter, and fuses. It was working great but the timer was bad so i ordered a new timer and the day it came i went out to put it on and my spa would not turn on. I pushed the topside control panel button for the jets and the blower the lights would come on and i could hear a clicking sound in the control box where the circuit board is. Sound like a relay clicking. So i looked online to trouble shoot it and said to check the pressure switch by taking off the wires and jumping them together and it still wouldn't come on. So i pulled the sensor block connect from the sensor block terminal and the wires coming in to the plug come from the pressure switch, sensor in the side of the spa, and a sensor that is on the steel pipe for the heating element and it has a jump wire that goes from one terminal to another terminal in the plug. I took the wires out of the sensor plug except for the jumper and the pressure switch and pluged it back into the sensor block terminal and the pump came on and the heating element came on also but i could not turn it off. So i tried putting the wires from the two sensors i left out and it would shut down as soon as they made contact. I tried just putting one and then the other back in and would shut it down either way. So would i have bad sensors or could it be the circuit board. I put the new timer on. Has anyone ever come across this problen. Any info. would be great. Thanks
