Do not buy from this company, we had the same delivery problems, issues getting through on the telephone, no one will give you a straight answer. When we finally got a delivery date (12 weeks after the original estimated date), we called the day before to confirm the time (morning or afternoon) and we were told it had been changed to the following week. Once installed, it developed a leak within one day and has now developed another leak within four months. Our situation too, is ongoing. We have been in touch with Consumer Direct to see what we can do. Right now we are just sorry we ever got involved with them and are doing what we can to get it fixed and get rid of it.
