Well, here in NH it wasn't actually a 'show' ... but I was able to catch sight of a couple meteors from the comfort of my tub!

I was disapointed with the show. Around 12:30 I thought, what could make this better? Oh ya, watch from the hot tub!
North Stratford has no ambient light, by the way Linda! Plus, last weekend Northern NH had no clouds! But the meteors were not really coming down as I have seen in the past.

Think of five of your heaviest friends in the tub with you. Each brought a spouse that will be standing next to the spa. And don't forget they will have kids running around. Then add this weight to the tub and water calculation.
If you are going for a builder, good! Not just a guy that you know that builds decks, but a licensed contractor. Also look at getting an engineer to sign off on the plan. This will transfer the liablility away from you.
I didn't want to say this, but since you went first, I have to concur. PVC free and made of stronger polypropylene, I went with CX, which has the antimicrobial coating. It is slippery, but not too slippery with snow and ice. I have to go back and look at the sq ft cost.
My Tundra was delivered August '08. I have not needed any support since. I am close to two hundred miles from my dealer and haven't needed him.
I will have to replace my AquaTemor jack. Even though my dealer went out of business, I am still able to contact him and he will still make the trip, if I need him.
Too bad for your experience. Mine is totally opposite. I bought Arctic for their quality and reliablility. I am not disapointed.
The number of jets is over rated. After 15 months with our Arctic spa Tundra, we find the most enjoyment with lights and pumps turned off- simply enjoying the tranquility of a star lit nightsky.......
Merry Christmas everyone
I keep turning the heater down as the tub cools, just to keep the noise off. Love my Tundra!!!
I am looking forward to tonight's soak in beautiful Northern New Hampshire!
